INGREDIENTS: Water, butter, wheat flour, cheese “PDO Parmigiano Reggiano”, white truffle ( Tuber magnatum Pico) 2%, bianchetto truffle  (Tuber borchii Vitt.) 1%, salt, yeast extract, vegetable protein, vegetables in varying proportions ( carots, onions, celery ) extra vergin olive-oil , spices, natural flavours, flavors. Contains: milk, gluten, celery

USEFULL INFORMATIONS: Ready to use. Add either plain butter or chicken stock and grated Reggiano Parmesan cheese to your liking. Avoid overheating lest the truffle aroma will fade. Use a condiment for first pasta courses: pasta and rice; meats, fish, boiled vegetables, eggs, warm crostini and pizza.

TASTE: Delicate and balanced flavor, and velvety texture. The typical white truffle flavor gives this product an extraordinary harmony.

PRESERVATION: 48 Months room temperature. Store at room temperature far from direct light and heat sources. Once opened keep in the fridge at temperature 0/+4 C° and use within few days.

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 whole baguette or common bread (400 grams)
45 grams of Bernardini Tartufi white truffle sauce
20 grams of butter
broth
grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese

Preparation:

  1. Toast the bread slices
  2. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce by placing the remaining ingredients in a pan over heat to obtain a creamy mixture.
  3. Spread the cream on the warm bread and serve.

Ingredients for 4 people:

500 grams of fresh ravioli
45 grams of butter
45 grams of Bernardini Tartufi white truffle sauce
slices of summer truffle in Bernardini Tartufi oil, to taste
30 grams of Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
beef broth, as needed

Preparation:

  1. Cook the ravioli al dente in abundant salted boiling water.
  2. Drain the ravioli and quickly sauté them in a pan with butter and diluted Bernardini Tartufi white truffle sauce in beef broth.
  3. Add slices of summer truffle in oil Bernardini Tartufi and sprinkle with Parmigiano Reggiano cheese to taste.
  4. Serve immediately.
