INGREDIENTS: Durum wheat flour, summer truffle ( Tuber aestivum Vitt. ) 1.1% ( corresponding to the 4.5% of fresh truffle ), flavor. Contains: Gluten.
USEFULL INFORMATIONS: Boil 350 ml of salted water in a saucepan. Remove from the hot plate and pour the contents of the jar. Leave to stand for 5 minutes, then mix with a fork. Serve the ready cous cous with vegetables, meat and fish. Excellent as a base for main dishes such as paella and salads.
For an even tastier Truffle Cous Cous pour the contents of the jar into a pan and add a tablespoon of oil to mix the cous cous. Put the pan on the hot plate, add the boiling broth (about 200 ml) and mix for one minute. Turn off the hot plate and let it rest for a minute, until the broth is absorbed. Finally, mix with a fork the Truffle Cous Cous and add olive oil or butter to taste.
It enhances the aroma and the scent of the truffle with the White Truffle Oil or the White Truffle Butter of Bernardini Tartufi.
TASTE: The typical cous cous taste is enriched by the particurar truffle flavour notes.
PRESERVATION: 12 Months room temperature. Store at room temperature far from direct light and heat sources.
