INGREDIENTS: Pork 40%, cream, water, extra virgin olive-oil, black winter truffle (Tuber brumale Vitt.) 3%, black truffle (Tuber melanosporum Vitt.) 0.5%, salt, flavor. Contains: milk.

USEFULL INFORMATIONS: Ready to use ragout. To use as a dressing for egg pasta, stuffed pasta ( i.e. ravioli, tortelli etc.) and durum wheat pasta. Also for: crostini, canapes, vol-au-vent, quiches, escalopes, roast-beef etc.

RECOMMENDED QUANTITY: A jar 180g to dress 250g of pasta.

TASTE: The typical truffle flavor gives this product an extraordinary harmony.
