INGREDIENTS: Gorgonzola cheese, cream water, milk, winter black truf- fle ( Tuber brumale vitt. ) 3% and related group dry tomatoes, butter, nuts, potatoes, salt, extra vergin olive oil, pepper, flavor. Contains: milk and nuts. 

USEFULL INFORMATIONS: Ready to use ragout. To use as a dressing for egg pasta, stuffed pasta ( i.e. ravioli, tortelli etc. ) and durum wheat pasta. Also for: crostini, canapes, vol-au-vent, quiches.

RECOMMENDED QUANTITY: A jar 180g to dress 250g of pasta.

TASTE: The typical “Gorgonzola” cheese taste gives this product an extraordinary harmony.
