INGREDIENTS: Porcino mushrooms ( Boletus edulis and related group ) 36%, water, extra virgin olive oil, pork 16%, onion, prepared for stock [ salt, yaest extract, vegetable protein, vegetables in varying proportions ( carrots, onions, celery ) extra virgin olive-oil, cacking: slicon dioxide, spices, natural flavors ], salt, aromatic plants. USEFULL INFORMATIONS: Ready to use ragout. To use as a dressing for egg pasta, stuffed pasta ( i.e. ravioli, tortelli etc. ) and durum wheat pasta. Also for: crostini, canapes, vol-au-vent, quiches, escalopes, roast-beef etc.

TASTE:The typical porcino mushrooms flavor gives this product an ex traordinary harmony.

RECOMMENDED QUANTITY: A jar 180g to dress 250g of pasta.

PRESERVATION: 36 Months room temperature. Store at room temperature far from direct light and heat sources. Once opened keep in the fridge at temperature 0/+4 C° and use within few days.
