INGREDIENTS: Smoked salmon 15%, salmoned trout 10%, cream water, tomato sauce, milk, butter, bianchetto truffle ( Tuber borchii vitt. ) 3% and related group, potatoes, extra vergin olive oil, salt, flavor. Contains: milk and fish.

USEFULL INFORMATIONS: Ready to use ragout. To use as a dressing for egg pasta, stuffed pasta ( i.e. ravioli, tortelli etc.) and durum wheat pasta. Also for: crostini, canapes, vol-au-vent, quiches, escalopes, roast-beef etc.

RECOMMENDED QUANTITY: A jar 180g to dress 250g of pasta.
